Marriott Drilling to start Corbetti geothermal wells near Shashemene next year
UK-based Marriott Drilling Group has signed a contract to drill up to four exploration wells for the Corbetti geothermal project in the Corbetti Caldera near Shashemene, Oromia, early next year. The deal follows Taranis Operations taking a majority stake in the project; the Private Infrastructure Development Group keeps about 40%.
