Kenya says Putin agreed to stop recruiting Kenyans into Russia's army
Kenyan President William Ruto said Russian President Vladimir Putin agreed to stop Russia recruiting Kenyans into its armed forces, after reports that Kenyans were being recruited to fight in the war in Ukraine. The two leaders met in Moscow on Friday.
