Russia joins Alliance of Sahel States development bank as first international partner
Moscow has officially joined the financial framework of the Alliance of Sahel States alongside Niger, Burkina Faso, and Mali. The partnership aims to boost investment, support critical infrastructure, and back joint economic projects in the three nations.
