የኢትዮጵያ ቡናና ሻይ ባለሥልጣን ቡናን ከማሳ እስከ ኤክስፖርት የሚከታተል 1.4 ሚሊዮን አምራቾችን የሚሸፍን ብሔራዊ ሥርዓት ዘርግቷል። ይህ የሆነው የአውሮፓ ገዢዎች በደን ጭፍጨፋ ደንብ መሠረት የመነሻ ማረጋገጫ በሚጠይቁበት ወቅት ነው።
